I have known Kinney since the Clinton Administration, when we were both honored to serve as White House Fellows. We both later served as President of the White House Fellows alumni group, whose members include Governor Wes Moore, Supreme Allied Commander Wes Clark, Congresswomen Teresa Leger Fernandez and Sharice Davids, and Former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Colin Powell.
